We have booked a double room with a shared bathroom, fridge, windows over an alley with non stop construction for 1 night. The location was favourable there, near all the public transport. A cool bonus was nearby Honey Bistro, that offered tea and coffee.
The bed was really small here.

The whole room was neat and cheap with a shared bathroom and windows over an alley with non stop construction and TV. The setting was incredible, really close to downtown and shopping and the night club. I was surprised at nearby Honey Bistro, they had some goodies, drinks.
